General Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at kingcurls.com. We ship to most countries worldwide via UPS ground for domestic transit and DHL for international transit. Alaska & Hawaii addresses will be shipped via USPS or Fedex.
Due to the impact of the global pandemic , logistics and order Processing times may be delayed for up to 10 business days. After your order has been processed at our warehouse facility, It is then shipped via UPS ground shipping. International shipping may take up to 60 days to be delivered.
Please have your tracking number available for updates and or contact your local Postal carrier for specific details and status updates after your order has shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: COVID-19 has increased the the wait times for USPS, UPS & DHL couriers. Shipping is normally 2-3 business days. Thus, the spread of the virus and the ongoing efforts to contain it has significantly impacted commerce across the world. Considering these factors, your order may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, We have no control over carrier delays once it leaves our warehouse.
(Business days include Monday - Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 2pm (EST) will continue processing on the following Business day.)
International Customs Regulations:
The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from the customer. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by them. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to KingCurls due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the purchaser, or if the customer was not at home for the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges as well as the redelivery cost. KingCurls is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the purchaser.
NO refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
KingsCurls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, KingCurls customer support will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Please have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Damaged or Missing Products
It is possible for items to shift in transit, as well as for wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling by the contact us immediately via email with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim. We will be happy to assist you.
KingCurls is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection. By selecting Route at checkout, your order will be protected from lost, damage, or theft. In the unfortunate event your order is lost or damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route for a replacement or to be fully reimbursed. Returns Policy & Cancellations
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Please note, due to sanitary, health and safety reasons we do NOT accept any returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
For Cancellations, your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
We will NOT accept order cancellation requests after 24 hours or if the order has already been Shipped.
To initiate a cancellation, please contact customer service via email at support@kingcurls.com. Refunds will be reimbursed back to the original method of payment. Credit cards may take 3-7 business days to process.
