To ensure that your package is properly delivered please make sure your address is entered correctly including any apartment or unit #.
If you realize you’ve entered your shipping address incorrectly, please send an email to support@kingcurls.com with URGENT in the subject line within 24 hours.
Although we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order in time before it ships, we will try our absolute best to make the requested changes.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address. We ship to the address that is entered at checkout.
We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to avoid any possible delays or detours with your delivery.
Estimated delivery time is in business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Please allow 3-5 days for orders to process. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships. UPS and USPS transit time is 2-3 days depending on the location.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you MUST contact UPS or the United Postal Service directly using the tracking number provided with your order.
KingCurls holds no responsibility for packages that are confirmed delivered.
We are proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection. By default Route is added at checkout. Your order will be protected from lost, damage, or theft. In the unfortunate event your order is lost or damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route for a replacement or to be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and it is Highly advised and recommended. Declining this service fully removes KingCurls from any and all responsibilities associated with lost, stolen or damaged packages.
PLEASE NOTE: The pandemic has caused increased delays and wait times for UPS, USPS & DHL couriers globally. Considering these factors, your order may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, We have no control over carrier delays once it leaves our facility.
